To perform a Triangle, start with a wide stance, arms extended straight to the side. Reach for the floor with one arm, placing your palm by the sole of your foot, then reaching the other arm up, looking toward the raised palm.

To add the Yoga block to Triangle, place the Yoga block on the inside of your foot. Simply place your hand on the Yoga block instead of on the ground. With your hand firmly planted, reach, looking toward your raised palm.
