The Side Stretch

Suggested Duration: 10-20 seconds each side

Benefits

The obliques run up either side your abdominals. They’re used for most twisting motions. Stretch these out to keep your ab muscles firing the right way.

 

How-to

Grab onto the strap with your hands a little wider than shoulder width. Lean over to one side and you should feel a stretch in your oblique area. Lean slightly back for an extra stretch.
