Shavasana with Yoga Block

How-to

To perform a Shavasana, simply lie down on your Yoga mat and breathe at a relaxed pace.

There are two ways in which you can add the Yoga block to this stretch. First, you can simply lay your head on it as if it were a pillow to give your neck some extra support. Second, you can place it underneath your tailbone to elevate your back in a comfortable way.
