Benefits

The Reclined Twist stretches your back extensors, which are the muscles that are activated when lifting your torso (usually when trying to pick up heavy objects).


How-to

To perform the Reclined Twist, lay on your back, arms spread out to the sides. Lift your legs, keeping your knees bent at 90°, then drop both to one side.
