Stretching your hamstring with the stretching strap gives you control over the intensity of the stretch. It also gives the ability to pull your leg further than any regular hamstring stretch would allow.
Start in a seated position and loop the strap around the arch of your foot. Lay flat on your back, and gently pull the strap toward your body. Pull a little more with every exhale.
