Knee pads are crucial for keeping your knees healthy. Countless Yoga poses require placing your knees on the ground, sometimes supporting your entire body weight. Over time, this can really wear on your knees and affect joint health.
To use the knee pad, simply place it below one or both of your knees anytime they would come in contact with the ground. This will greatly reduce strain and pressure on your knees!
Just like with the Yoga blocks, you can use the knee pad under your head or tailbone when lying down for some extra cushioning. To see what this looks like, refer to the Yoga Block section.
